Skerries  2005.

We arrived at the P&O Irish Ferries Docks Liverpool just in the nick of time. Thinking it would be a 6 hour crossing to Dublin we were told it would be a 7 hr crossing & would we like a cabin (we gladly accepted).
We arrived at Dublin at rush hour 6pm.
We then made our way to Skerries race paddock.
The grass field was nice & dry.
We met Sean Leonard (who would be riding our Honda K4 350 that we brought over with us) he was putting up camp with his friends.
Sean Leonard
We all shock hands & said hello, we then joined in to put up camp.
Then it was off to Balbriggan to find our hotel.
Next day along with Sammy Crossett (who came down from Belfast to help prepare Seans bikes) we started putting everything together.
Unfortunately we had borrowed a new ignition & it was faulty so no spark.
IT WAS GAME OVER.
The next day we sat on the brick wall down from Dublin Corner & watched the races.
Wow! We had forgotten just how fast & furious it was.

Pure Road Racing.

GREAT RACING    GREAT FUN   GREAT TIME.

Now on to the MGP
